Whenever I click a video on a game page recently, I says, "Sign in to conform you're not a bot...", but I am signed in to both GOG and YT. I tried logging out and back in to both GOG and YT and nothing helps. I can play YT videos normally.

YT thinks that your IP creates more traffic than what would be considered 'normal' for a human user.
Maybe you use a VPN or are part of a larger network that shares a single IP address?

Maybe you're using the Tor browser? Sometimes your browser is clogged with trackers and other junk that is driving your traffic crazy, to get rid of this stuff use an ad blocker, I suggest uBlock Origin.
