I have just tried and failed 3 times. I have lost all hope. Is there a direct email or something I can do? I have an account and have paid money for games, I dont understand all these hoops I have to jump through to contact them.

Especailly because Im using the option through my recipt to contact for issues...

I bought diablo and it appears on my credit cards pending TWICE. I have never seen this before and am worried I will get charged TWICE for ONE game.

A direct email for GoG or a phone number? Or do i have to waste more time trying to submit a ticket somehow?

Suggest doing your best to follow the vague format of the fields you've already filled out 3 times though to get a swift response / making things highly clear and legible.

I agree. GOG support is getting worse and worse. Particularily with this stupid bot. Man is that a joke?
Using the site "support" feature is useless. It seems the email support@gog.com is the only way apparently.

May i suggest a way for customers to more easily bypass the bot, because it's just a pain in the xxx.

The way how it works doesn't help if the issue isn't already in the more frequently question...

this isn't normal to contact a moderator or having to directly use the mail adress

The bot is quite persistent....
