Why when you're invoking card (with placement ability) using the another card (e.g "Portal" or "Vilgefortz") its ability doesn't work?
for example when your opponent uses Vilgefortz - Tibor Eggebracht he gets 4+13=17 DISHONEST points! Is it OK?

I just can not understand, is it a bug or a norm? If the norm, then why not write in the description of the card: "when calling cards with the ability "deploy", it does not work" because it is not obvious, I'm upset(

I assume you're posting through the Galaxy client. If so, it takes you by default to the General Discussion forum on GOG (which is this one). You'd be better served to go to the official Gwent forums Here.
