Today I made a purchase of 21.95 euros (more than what is needed for the copy of children of Morta).
First I registered my e-mail, then I went to buy and tripled checked I clicked on "save card for future payments". Since everything were checked and ok I placed my order and WITHOUT notification and above COMPLETION of the order I receive a message that there was an error (sites fault) and my card could not be saved. I find no manual way to add my card to the site. I sent to support listing it as "other issues" as there is no category fitting that problem and I get the automated response of problem solved since it is GENERAL question (since when other issues are general????) and to reply above the line to re-open it. I did reply to re-open the ticket BUT I cannot possibly wait the 4 weeks time they list in there because in their eyes it is a "general" issue and not OTHER.
On top of that, I have PAID and NEW games that I'm now stuck and unable to play since if this doesn't get resolved I want to refund them since it's games I could wait another time to get. This purchase was done so I could obtain said copy of the game. And also I have to be within refund times.. And my money, if I refund, are now stuck with GOG meaning I can't use anywhere those 21.95 euros. Frozen money!
So.. What do I do? Because it is URGENT and NOT a general question that can wait 4 weeks for an answer because of covid. And if I open a new ticket I don't know where it is a more proper category and may also cause a confusion. I also tried facebook but I don't get my hopes up from that.

Anyone had a similar problem? Did it got resolved?
Support is still M.I.A even with a second ticket to payments..
