It's a fairly old game, so i'm not expecting to get any replies. But the patcher gets stuck on "creating shortcut" and just crashes. Any info?

What OS is? Did you try to run it as administrator or in compatibility mode with older OSes (XP, 2000 etc.)?

Windows 10, I tried with admin and compatibility pack 2, 3 and windows 7. still doesnt work :(

*Sigh* I'm still not entirely sure why this game isn't available here, with Techland being so GOG-friendly. I actually have fond memories of playing it back in the day.

IIRC it uses one of those cancerous DRM systems and my guess is Techalnd is probably too lazy to bother with removing it.

The DRM completely sucks, all keys found online work and there are keygens available, its still a problem though

Same, it was the first game i ever played and i replay it occasionaly, just for nostalgia. I thought of streaming it on twitch for fun but OBS doesnt detect the old version and for graphical patches you need 1.2.0.0, which i cannot install..
