Well, i guess i will harvest negative rep again, but that's it, i don't care! When i am bugged, i always spit it out and rant about.
I was so happy to learn that finally, Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge got their multiplayer feature back! I was so itching to play multi, once again, after more than 7 years, last time i touched it... Only to find a real mess, a disappointment. And i will elaborate.
For some reason, game room hosts were given administrator powers and free banhammer. As if that wasn't enough, the game room's host CAN DECIDE, which faction YOU must/can/will play as! This is so wankish and it sucks hard! The nerve! I wanted to play as a certain faction and they always CHANGED it! When i insisted to play as the faction i know and like best, they simply kept KICKING me, outside of the game! Well, F@@@ them!
Just what the hell was the reason of doing such a massive, titanic work, to rebuild multiplayer for a dead masterpiece, if they ARBITRARILY allow morons to forcibly cut off gameplay choices and content from you? In the old days, people could choose whatever the hell faction they felt like, without anyone having a say over it! Today, place reeks of busters!
CnCnet is the worst service i have ever encountered. To hell with it. Resurrecting long dead content and gameplay features, only to allow moronic faqturds to have that content and gameplay features banned, just because they are gamers without skills and self esteem! I am seriously appalled! More even than gamespy closure or even EA leaving this gem be tarnished by time until it becomes unplayable! CnCnet and its users are the worst! And thank god i decided to try it before donating. Stupid me, i even considered donating to these fake @ss b@st@rds!
