This 2D action-platformer packed with stunning pixel art visuals seems definitely worth waiting for! Foregone from Big Blue Bubble is coming soon DRM-free on GOG.COM.

Years after a devastating war, the city of Calagan is once again besieged by an all-corrupting force known as the Harrow. As the city’s strongest super-soldier, it’s up to you to investigate the Harrow’s origins and prevent its minions from destroying the world.
Hmm... "soon"? How long until the Epic ransom is lifted? Seems like it's only been out for a couple months so far
> March 1, 2021

Well, that's still a long way out.

Thanks for mentioning that, off the wishlist it goes, shame. :/

The Steam release is scheduled for March 1st, 2021, the gog release will probably (?) be set for the same day.
March 1st 2021, according to:

Still a while off, but at least we now know it's coming.
Is it just my impressions or does this one have some kind of Dead Cells vibe?

True... I appreciate pages going live even if they're a long way off because at least I know I don't have to buy it somewhere else

In appearance and combat style, yes... but it's not a randomly generated Rogue-like

why does it look like it's even dipping below 30 fps in the trailer?

The game is in Early Access.
Despite all my negative attitudes towards exclusives (including EGS exclusives), I am glad that the release of this game here has been announced in advance.
As I always said: the sooner we find out about the appearance of a game here - the more of us will be able to make an informed decision about where to buy a game. And the more of potential buyers decide to wait for the release of a game here and, accordingly, buy it here, and not in some other stores (as it happens when users do not know that a game will appear here).
This game could use a slightly higher resolution. It is somewhere between pixel art and hand drawn animation, so it does not really have the charm of either of those.
It looks good so I wishlisted it. I am glad they posted that it was coming here this far in advance. I always hate when they never mention games that are coming out on GoG till the last second. Though I loath games that say they are releasing on GoG then change their mind at the last moment and pulling the game off GoG or let it stagnate and die on GoG with no updates (Wolcen).

I plan to get this on GOG. Thanks for the staff to let us know this is going to be on GOG, so I could make that decision.
Interesting.

Yeah, I know, it has faster gameplay, but it reminds me of some very solid and old platformer games like Blackthorne, Bermuda Syndrome, Castlevania (SNES), Flashback and some others.
