Most of the active people on GOG's forum have expressed their disdain for STEAM, but considering Deadpool is actually a very good game, some might find this important. At least, I know I would have been upset, had I missed it.

Activision is removing Deadpool from STEAM on the 16th of November, probably due to their licence expiring. For those that don't know, the game has been removed previously, but because of the huge success of the movie, the licence was renewed and the game returned to STEAM. Now it's going away again, and considering that the game has already had its second chance, this might be the last chance to get a copy.

Currently the game is on sale at 70% off.

Here is the official announcement, and here is the STEAM page.

The game was pulled from the store one or two times already, they'll probably 're-release' the game in a couple of weeks/ months.
might get this one if they just put 80% or 85% off sale price, bye bye deadpool . adios amigo!
Not my clip of ammo but thanks for telling us.
Wow this is the 2nd time Deadpool the videogame gets removed.
Just a heads up, the cutscene audio for me is panned to one side and for the love of Lemmy, I can't find a solution. :S
how many fucking times is this game going to be removed and put back.

have it be on Steam, have it not be on Steam.

other games just generally settle on which one of those two ideas they'd like to use I don't see why this game can't do that as well.

That is the wonderful world we all live in,and most people don't see any issue with it.The publishers buy a limited licence, and then milk it dry.And then rinse and repeat if the game sold well.I feel sorry for the so called 'Steam collectors' that fork out 500-800 euros for a copy on Steam, and then said game gets rereleased 6 months later.... Cheers

EDIT:Removed the subscription part,as it is causing some unintentional confusion.

Steam does not have a subscription service.
It'll be back when Deadpool 2 gets released. Around June 1, 2018. Maybe even a remastered edition featuring the voice of Ryan Reynolds that you're going to re-buy. ;D
While I would like to get the game, length of the game is 5-7 hours. I use a $1 per hour as a metric, unless the game looks special to me. So leaving the store or not, still overpriced to me.

No idea what the guy is talking about with subscription.
Can't believe I'm going to link to a PCGamer article. *shudder*

Back last time it was pulled, it was suggested that maybe Disney was considering a streaming service:

Now that Disney is doing a streaming service:

I wonder if they're going to do games alongside the TV and movies they'll be offering.
