I'm always glad to see people get that reference! It is indeed a great game, and i've been using avatars from Strife for many years. You should finish it when you have the time. It's not a very long game.

I see.. it goes way back. I can't even say this only concerns modern gaming anymore. On that note, Wasteland (that I mentioned earlier) is from 1988!

Agriculturalist? On the contrary. I need SAVING!

I want to, but two things kept me from doing so so far: Loss of save data over the years(due to hardware failures), and procrastination(in part because I don't want for it to end). :)

I will hopefully go back to it(have a game saved for it atm) soon-ish, though.

I figure it like this: farming used to be the dominant "pastime", and now that we have lackeys(farmers) to grow all our crops and have moved on the ones behind this likely want to bring us back into the fold via farming related media. o.0
