I was wondering if got.com accepts visa gift cards, the kind you get in convenience stores.

I have no PayPal and I am considering getting one...

gog offers following:
skrill
paypal
credit/debit card
webmoney

So, it is no, right? Just tell me plainly.

They should, I’ve never used Visa gift cards specifically, but used to buy all my games with American Express gift cards no problem.

Short answer; Yes, if it has a VISA number and the rest.

I've tried such cards myself and pre-paid visa cards should work just like a normal visa. The shop (in this case GOG) handles it like a normal VISA request over to VISA and doesn't know the difference. It's Visa who handles the transaction anyway and GOG just receives a confirmation that it went though or not.

EDIT: Why use paypal when you can use VISA or other cards directly?

I got one as a gift and used it to buy games.

I have used Visa based giftcards that were part of mail in rebate for various hardware items that i have ordered through out my past. The VIsa Based based gift cards are basically in credit card form. I have made purchases from Amazon and even Newegg and they accepted them no problems. Since it is technically a very limited credit card it should work with GOG.
