The latest version of "Project Wingman" doesn't work anymore on Win7. Which is bad, since it's still stated in the minimum system requirements.

Does it show any error? Maybe try this: https://www.gog.com/forum/project_wingman/visual_c_problems

I have encountered some vcrun pack preventing a game to launch, and when I uninstalled it the game started to launch normally on Windows 7.

Perhaps the game's installer isn't installing a Dependency properly. I keep this list updated if you want to try installing outside of GOG's installer (VC Redists are in the first link):-
