My internet runs at 74mbps, why is it 0.2 mbps when downloading a purchased game, 2h.30 and counting, taking the mickey.

How are you downloading: Galaxy, browser, or the Downloader? In the past, some people have found that one method will be at or near full-speed and another is much slower. At least for a while.

mine was similar. upgraded my network card to asus very expensive 4 antennae card around £80. now i get 90megabits per second

First time I've heard of someone from the UK having this issue.

I assume you're getting good download speeds with "The other place" and for general internet browsing.

No trouble here. Max Internet speed = GOG download speed = 150 mbps.
