I warn the customers: do not buy games here at the GOG. I've purchased an amount to "my wallet" and, after 2 weeks, the wallet remains empty. The site is dangerous. It is not the first time it happens to me here.

You could contact support. They would likely fix the issue for you. Especially if you had a record of the transaction.... that being said, I've never had a similar experience after hundreds of transactions here.

And what do support say about it? Do you have the answer from your ticket into the support desk?

And we're supposed to just believe these ridiculous allegations with no proof? Lmao, good luck with that.
Problems with money transfer have very high priority with support and is usually solved within a few hours after reporting. No need to wait weeks as GOG themselves suggest waiting up to two hours before contacting them in case your bank is slow.
Haven't we had several other threads where people from Brazil reported problems with payments? Or am I misremembering...
For a while customers from USA had a lot of problems. That was a few years ago.

These problems were of a complete different nature (at least when we are not talking about different things). It was mostly US banks or credit card companies that didn't allow payments to Cyprus for their customers. So some people weren't able to buy stuff.

But I haven't seen any threads claiming that GOG just deleted the wallet funds (except for funds from the fair price package that expired after one year).

My guess: Maybe the OP added funds in their local currency and after that switched the currency settings to US$. In that case the funds would still be there, but invisible as long as they doesn't switch back to the original currency.

Hey, that sonds VERY plausible.

Hey, did you check PaterAlf's idea?

Seeing as you've played Gwent the most(265+ hours), one might ask why you couldn't be bothered to report it during all that time.

Also one might ask why you are only now reporting this(and to the forums instead of to support), despite having troubles in the past.
