Please, recommend me fantasy strategy games (doesn't matter be it TBS or RTS) which have the meaningful naval fighting gameplay implemented. Variety of ships and tactics are welcome.

NO Warhammer games though, if you don't mind.

Age of Wonders series has it, although in 1-2 it's rather a small thing. But in AoW 3 it's a bit more interesting.

Warcraft II has a lot of it (not all maps though).
