i bought cyberpunk 2077 long ago, played it and unistalled it, recently i wanted to play again and the game does not show up in my acquired games as if i didn't have the game. Does anyone know how to solve this?

If you bought the game through a third-party greymarket, it was removed due to fraud and you're not getting it back.

Otherwise, open a support ticket and attach your proof of purchase to it.
