Bought Postal 2: Paradise Lost during the sale but it is not showing up on my games list thus unable to play it. Already contacted support and used the account refresh link yet still nothing. I also logged out and logged in. The game just won't show up even in Galaxy. It has been 3 days. When I search for the game in the store it does say it's in my library and I only have the option to gift it. Is there a trick to get this working?

Not that I can see it in my country, but Postal 2: Paradise Lost is DLC. It does not have its own listing.

You get it by installing Postal 2.

DLCs do not show up as separate games in your library but are rather added to the base game. At least that's how it is in the browser. I don't know if it's any different for Galaxy since I don't use it.
