I'm looking for games that are similar to the Win 3.1-style of Kingsway. Are there other games like that on GOG?

If you mean just the "purposely dated '90s-OS-style mouse-driven GUI as a gameplay element" part, I can think of two off the top of my head:
Her Story (search a poorly designed police video archive on a very old computer in the basement of a police station while researching an old murder investigation); and
Hypnospace Outlaw (haven't played it, but it seems to take the design elements and interface conventions of the '90s Web and run with them to make some sort of trippy adventure game).

Honestly, I can't imagine that there are scads of games that specifically try to do that sort thing. (At least, not yet. Wait until the already-growing wave of '90s nostalgia inevitably reaches critical mass in the next several years.)

I can't think of other games like this that you can get on GoG but I can think of 2 that you can play for free. The most similar one would be Mordor: The Depths of Dejenol. The other is called Knight's Quest and is a browser based HTML game you can find right here :
