Yes, in my opinion at least. I wasn't even aware it was removed and was still waiting for this patch. Unaware it was out. The manual is still listed as coming soon in my library. People can't buy it anymore sure, but previous buyers were still screwed over.

The updated version of World of Goo will eventually be released everywhere, but the Epic Games Store will be first.

"“No artificial delay”
In an interview with Ars, World of Goo co-creator Kyle Gabler confirmed that all of the game's existing Windows/Mac/Linux versions on storefronts such as Steam and GOG (and developer 2DBoy's own site) will get the update "as soon as it's ready." Whether that means it'll arrive on May 2 or a few days later will depend on "our own ability to generate and test the builds," Gabler said."

Yeah, I mean. It's on the list. Does more need to be added to it?

Added:
Into the Breach
Sigma Theory: Global Cold War
Overcooked 2
Katana Zero
Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack
Great week for new releases missing builds I guess.
Yes, dev/publisher info is still missing. I'm going to bed.

I hate Google docs. It always loads the entire document, then spins for a second, clears the entire document from display, and dies, claiming it failed to start up. Somehow I was able to get it to the "export as pdf" function this time before it decided to deny me access, so I perused the depressing document a bit.
A few things:
1) I have successfully downloaded and used workshop mods for Infinifactory, in spite of claims otherwise by apehater. Requires manual work, of course, but otherwise not an issue. I haven't verified the other claims, though.
2) Why are Realms of Arkania 1-3 on here? The lack of a Linux DOSBox is entirely on gog, not the game developers. This is because gog treats Linux users as 3rd class citizens (behind Mac)*, and I don't think that sort of thing belongs on this list, unless you want to explicitly list Galaxy. I'm almost tempted to forgive developers for not publishing Linux versions on gog due to their dependence on galaxy, but then again, I don't want anything that galaxy offers so I'd rather just see a galaxy-free edition for Linux.
#2 probably applies to Harvester and Wizardry 6+7 as well, although the latter sort of falls under "there are Windows binaries as well".
* No Galaxy (and not moving forward on it), dosbox and scummvm games that have no reason not to be on Linux as well (although Starflight has a Windows-only code wheel that would need to be ported or open-sourced, and some other games include Windows binaries, such as HoMM1 and Wizardry 7). And other issues not worth mentioning.

The following are missing achievements (which the Steam versions have):
- fault milestone one
- fault milestone two
- Katana Zero
- Mhakna Gramura and Fairy Bell
- Overcooked: Gourmet Edition
- Slime-san: Superslime Edition
Also, shouldn't Necropolis be marked as removed? It isn't available for sale anymore.

The reason delisted games are on the list is because people who have already bought the game(s) still need patches.
