Have completed the magpie quest and got the banner for the magpie.
Started collecting the urns but when I need to go back to the the lower hall, to where the spider are, the blue firte chandelier /lamp thing is lowered. It seems the way to get the urn down there is now blocked. I tried falling down to where the chandelier is but I just die. Is there another way to get down to the lower hall or raise the chandelier. I cannot finish this quest due to a problem with the game. I stopped play at this point after making a a lot of progress. I noticed later there wass an update so I though this bug had been fixed but nope, still stuck.
