I suggest you play Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. It's one of the most prestigious adventure games for a good reason (or better said, several good reasons).

* Great writing and characters, with a storyline worthy of a movie.

* Good and varied puzzles, some of them with multiple solutions.

* Exotic and colorful locations.

* A good dose of humor.

* No unwinnable states -in classical LucasArts fashion, you are not penalized for experimenting or not picking up an object at a precise time.

* Replayability! The middle section splits into three paths, each with different events, puzzles, characters and locations, fitting different playstyles. Some puzzles have a randomized solution so you have to solve them again when you replay the game.

It's what the fourth Indiana Jones movie should have been.

I have browsed the games that Doc0075 played. It seems that RPG, Strategy, Action and Shooter genres are you favorites in general, with slight interest in Adventure games as well. Based on this knowledge, I would like to recommend you 2 games from your library, if you've never played them.

1. Sid Meier’s Pirates! (2004)
This game combines action, adventure, strategy and rpg genres. It is very "light" and fun to play. It's not too long and not too short. Should provide you with about 10 hours of enjoyment.

2. STAR WARS™ Republic Commando (2005)
This game is a tacitcal shooter mixing action, shooter and strategy genres. Great game on it's own, but even better if you enjoy Star Wars.

Both games are well received and are seen as modern classics among most of players. If you only have to pick one, I would recommend you to try Pirates! for some relaxed evening hours.

In my opinion most definitely yes. Spellforce 3 is a good starting point for the series. While there is some fan service narrative wise SP3 is a prequel and also explains the lore pretty good itself over the duration of the game.

It's my favourite point & click adventure game, so if you like the genre, +1 for this also by me.

It's quite difficult to choose just one game of this vast collection. I'll go based on what will possibly occupy you for many hours, and Morrowind fits the bill quite nicely.

Even though I enjoyed the recent TES games immensely, the undisputed king of the series and one of the best of its kind is Morrowind. Great setting & story, it doesn't hold your hand which means you can lose yourself to it and you really need to pay attention to the gameworld instead of a compass or an arrow. Plus, it has rather classic cRPG mechanics compared to the different, modern & streamlined mechanics of TES IV & TES V.

That said, if you're interested in modding (while staying really close to the original of course, without adding misc stuff for the sake of doing it), take a look at this post.

I think you already played Shadowrun Dragonfall and gog just say 0m because it was from offline installer so it's good opportunity to put some time on it on Galaxy and I probably don't really have to recommend it to you :P, but if not... it's amazing RPGs with turn based combat, memorable characters, good story and this cyberpunk corpo feel, it's just great. Great game to play (or replay) after Cyberpunk. :P

You should try Cyberpunk 2077, i was first first upset for the fps view but when i played it the feeling aren't like a competitive fps, it's more the build than your reflexe that count so it's really nice. I didn't finish it yet but the story is great, the characters too, it's a real Cd Projekt game (i prefer the witcher but it's simply because i prefer fantasy over futurist).
It have some flaws like bugs or bad game design sometimes, but honestly they are not as bad as peoples can say. So i didn't expect a lot from the game because of the bad review but i make the good decision by giving it a chance and you should try it too if you haven't already.

I would definitely say Monolith.

It has kind of a learning or re-learning curve if you have played bullet hell type games before.
Incredibly polished twin-stick roguelite. Well designed enemies and patterns, fun bosses..for the most part. Interesting weapon variety with the 'keyword' system that gives main weapons different traits.

It took a while for me to get through he main game, but there are a lot of unlockables afterwards.

The DLC adds a ton more variety. And there is a huge update in the works a well as anotehr DLC for a couple years down the line.

...for the following reasons (sorted by importance, ascending):

– the game is from 2019, so there's a big chance you haven't played it
– about 3h is enough to complete the main story (and I suppose you'll add 2h for included DLC-scenarios)
– it's easy enough to not get stuck and simply enjoy the gameplay
– it's made by one guy in 3.5 years, which is always fascinating for me (as someone's impressive personal achievement); and that guy also rejected exclusivity offer from Epic
– you won't be bored – it's smart puzzle game with some unique ideas and horror atmosphere making it both thought provoking and scary

Hi Doc! Thank you for supporting the community with so many fantastic giveaways. You touch us all with your generosity and how you engage us in the forum to communicate with passion about games and other subjects.

I have perused your impressive catalogue and found several of the games I have played, or that left me captivated and incredibly satisfied after I played them through. The list would be too long, so I tried to limit myself to just two games

As an avid adventure gamer, I would recommend you the Runaway series, any of the games will do. I think I saw that you had Runaway 2: The Dream of the Turtle. It has a great story and decently challenging puzzles to solve but not confusing ones. You immerse in the narrative and follow it through! It is one of the games you will remember fondly, and there is a lot of humour in the lines you exchange between protagonists and NPCs.

My other choice would be Lilly Looking Through. It has gorgeous graphics, a very brief story (you can finish the game in less than one hour) and a beautiful setting. As an adventure game, it is very touching and imaginative. You are using time travelling goggles to solve puzzles and skip obstacles. This small gem is so captivating. It is also great to play with children. I played it a couple of years after my first playthrough with my former flatmate's kid. He was in love with the game and so proud when we unlocked something and moved on in the game.

Gothic 2 Gold Edition would be my choice. It's the game that consumed most gaming hours from my life.

The graphics are surely outdated and the controls take a while getting used to but the game has a certain charm that I did not find elsewhere, not even in the other Piranha Bytes games.

I see quite a few I would highly recommend to play, but for my entry I am going to recommend Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic

Star Wars Knights of the old Republic is a splendid RPG that really makes you feel like you are in a table top RPG game of Starwars but it's a video game so it feels more like you are the character running around the world. I would go into the story and why it is pretty good but that would spoil the story, so I will just say the story is good. There are several parts of the game that are effected by the way you play so you can be a Jedi or a Sith, and it causes different interactions with NPCs. The combat is nice with a unseen dice roll happening for how effective your attacks are and if they hit which is effected by your stats and skills, you select what actions you want to take and you can pause in the battle to give you time to choose your strategy.

Overall I'd say it is an amazing RPG that everyone should at least try.

and another few recommendations that aren't related to the giveaway I'd recommend Terraria, Slime Rancher, Shovel Knight and World of Goo
