Now I am. So it is an online site where you can rate a company.

The problem I see with that kind of service is that people tend to go to such places when they have very negative feelings towards a company. Maybe also if they find some company exceptionally good. 90% of the people who think "it's ok, nothing fancy, but ok", don't go to state it to such sites. So I'm afraid such sites may give quite a lopsided view.

Go check what the same site says about Valve. It also has lots of one-star "awful company!" revies, and also five star "best company evah!" ratings. Very few "it is ok, nothing fancy, but ok".

Frankly, that review site seems kinda shitty, maybe I should rate them in their own service. :D

Why? Do you also refuse refunds even if your B&B hasn't been downloaded?

I think people with some sort of negative experience are far more likely to write a negative review than people with positive experience writing any review. Because people like to complain.

TinyE's B&B gets a big Thumbs Up in my book, because it caters for gluten free.

Its reviews of Danish companies are actually quite useful. As long as you take the time to read the texts, as the usefulness of the outliers is usually pretty obvious.
Anyhu, the Danish reviews of GOG average about 4.5 stars.
Seems like fine parking to me. :-P

Thanks for the mention of that site, OP. I went there to go see what the drama is about.

A lot of those are legit complaints, i.e. two-step authentication doesn't always work.

I never wrote a comment on Trustpilot, but I just read one on there by someone else who complained a person he gifted GOG game codes to had trouble using them.

That's probably due to the recipient being unable to pass the captcha that is required to activate the gift codes. I personally have also had a person I sent gift codes to run into that problem.

That's basic stuff that GOG should have fixed long ago, but for some reason, never does.

The complaints about expiring free game codes are also legit. That stuff should never expire, yet it does.
