This didn't work for me, and it's so annoying. I tried disabling anything having to do with blurring and restarting GOG Galaxy between settings. Nothing worked. My eyes can't focus on anything after looking at that interface for a few minutes.
Edit: Even though I'd set FXAA to off for GOG Galaxy without success, I tried disabling it in the global settings. This worked, which leads me to believe that it's some other program's setting that needs to change. I couldn't change the setting for Chrome though, as it says FXAA is unavailable for it. So what could it be?
