VWood: This whole 'lock-file' thing needs to be fixed. How many years has this been a problem and it still hasn't been fixed? There are people who simply don't have the computer savvy to fix these problems (as simple as the process might seem to us), which is why they install clients such as Galaxy in the first place, it is supposed to give them convenience, not inconvenience.
