Gog had a give away offer I went to get it and Gog wanted me to answer a reCaptcha, I did, then it asked another and another and another and another; I then went to the audio reCaptcha and there was a popup say to could not complete my transaction due to suspicious traffic from my network.
I tried again hours later, reCaptcha tests over and over and over, then the audio attempt then the suspicious traffic from my network message again.
I wrote support and the sent me back an automated message saying they'd be able to look in to the issue in maybe 4 weeks.
The key I have will expire today. I'm not happy with Gog :(

As you have already contacted GOG, im sure they will sort something out.

As to the recaptcha though, its an utter bane. I havent had it for a while myself, but plenty of people do.

One question though: what browser did you use and did you try it on different browsers / systems?

Just redeem the movie key from Kingdom Come Deliverance and it was workimg fine, maybe your problem is other, once I have a similar problem in other store, the captcha fail over and over again even when I was sure I did everything right, try use you computer or you phone to access to the store and redeem the code!!!

Thank you everyone. After another attempt I had the same result. So I waited an hour an tried the audio Captcha, funny the first one was just gibberish and not words and I was thinking, "ut oh" but the second audio captcha took. Then I went to finalize the transaction and got another captcha, the audio solution took the first time.

So Image base Captcha = 15 fails 0 successes
Audio based Captcha = 1 fail 2 successes

Audio Captcha, use it, it works far better

I actually got another code, and never even tried the images and went directly to the audio. The same message came up before I ever entered one result, "a popup say to could not complete my transaction due to suspicious traffic from my network."
