I have a 360Mbs connection and when I first start the download I get a reasonable 25MBs download and about 5 seconds later it drops off to 1.0. Am I being throttled or connected to far away server?

Also, when I download directly from GOG.com my speed is fine.

Is there anything on my end I need to fix?
