Definitely. I tried this list once, and had to unsubscribe after only a week. It was sick how much spam they sent. Shitty info too, without even showing the prices (maybe this has changed now?). It was worthless, and annoying to boot. But at least it worked to unsubscribe, so they have that thing going for them...

Personally I have been tolerating, and don't see that things have really changed much really for a number of years now.

I come here daily most of the time, but still cannot make the decision to fully disable the emails. In fact, I tend to check the emails rather than browse the sales pages during any sizable sale. Check the emails, check the main GOG store page, and browse the forums.

The real problem I guess, is the number of sales we now get. There is always a Weekly Sale and Weekend Sale and Midweek Sale, then plenty of excuses for all types of other sales. All of which mean emails.

I am getting fed up with the amount of emails though, and especially silly ones like the ones about Wishlists, which no-one needed. And then to make things worse we got popups as well.

P.S. Yes I know this thread was a Necro, but still quite relevant all the same ... perhaps more so now.
