As everyone can imagine GOG have been busy. Still, am i the only one who has not had any response on refund requests for Cyberpunk 2077? I have waited a week since my first ticket, sent another and still nothing.
You requested a refund just before the game launched?

I imagine they're incredibly swamped right now. Did you reply to the ticket saying whether you prefer GOG wallet or a refund onto your card? If not they'll be waiting for you to decide.

To all people please don't create new tickets...just reply to the ones you opened unless they closed the ticket...this makes it even more difficult for the support team...Usually there are some moderators here that you can send a private message and they can have a look at the support ticket (can't remember their names right now)

This is exactly the problem. The asking of gog credit or cash refund shouldn't delay the processing of a refund. On the
refund form it should ask the customer to specify Cash or gog credit before submitting. I see the current system as a delay tactic to be honest. and even if it isn't its a terrible system thats in place.

Yeah, I should have mentioned in the top post that I have asked for it to be returned to my card immediately.
