I have asked for a refund on January 1st (2021) and haven't received an answer until now. The order asked for refund was made on december 19th (order #9bbc20a255d6) and I haven't even downloaded the game. That is absurd and disrespectful! I have responded request #948245, the one I opened asking the refund, with no answer. Really disappointed! Can anybody help me?

No help, you'll need to wait. A lot of people are waiting and frustrated just like you. GOG is slow with refunds, probably on purpose to give time to people to cool off and change their minds.
You should think twice about buying games from GOG. This non existent support is the norm with GOG. If you receive your money in summer, you can be happy. Just the new standard.

Refunds anywhere don't happen overnight, often it can take like two weeks. Add a situation where people have to adjust to unusual conditions, like worlwide pandemic, and then add people who literally flood the support with requests for refunds and then bombard them over and over when the refund doesn't happen in an instant.

The cherry on top is when they start forum threads about every other day, with the same content, with the same people raging, instead of just reading that sticky thread. Fortunately, contrary to popular belief, the forum is a community hangout and not some sort of GOG business department so the support staff don't have to bother with it at all, as that would postpone the refunds and other support tasks even further.
By my calculations, if they have indeed received 10 times the number of requests they normally receive (which are resolved in a week at most) in the first half of december, and then again 10 times that number until the end of the month (or rather the grace period), and if they haven't managed to get to you already even with extra staff, then this should take 2-3 months for you and 6-9 months for anyone that did it till the end of the grace period.

Unless they manage to automate it at some point, which should resolve them very quickly.

Joking aside, you're a second or even a third class costumer for CDPR. I have no doubt all the CEOs will get their unearned bonuses, but the one person who is delegated to handling this kind of requests will only get more of corporate foot up their behind. You can try contacting them again.
