Well all the luck to you however I think a "buyer beware" notice might be in order.
If EA's Origin EULA is at all similar to Steam's than it's against terms of service to trade/giveaway/sell the account.

The proper method is to contact EA support & ask for items to be transferred between accounts. However I don't know if there's any requirements on items transferred that way.

"Buyer beware" because if it is against terms of service EA can close the account with out warning.
