I've never dealt with two different hard drives on the same computer before. Anyone have advice on what should be seperated and/or what's the best way to divide stuff up?
Definitely worth it getting an SSD.

If you're talking about dividing data between two HDD's, what is the reason you got a new one in the first place? What kind of data took over your disk space? You can partition based on that.
