Yeah, that's just the OG Captcha which has been outmoded for at least a decade now.

The other, more annoying methods are still right there; ReCaptcha is even suggested as an alternative.

Switch to CAPTCHAs based on mathematics problems.

Take this one for example: No computer is able to solve it.

No person has ever solved it either, but at least it keeps the spammers out.
