There is a chance, Lately XBox exclusive games have been popping up here and there on PC.

It is definitely coming to PC. The thing I want to know is whether it's on Unreal engine again, or if it's using the new Slipspace engine that's in development- I doubt MS would be throwing all those millions at a new engine and only use it for Halo.
