well ive downloaded it and say s this version of this file is not compat with his version says check if im running x86 32-bit or x64 64-bit

im running 32-bit what a waste of time this has turned into......

Contact support about it and request for a refund based on the game not working on your system.

After that, you may wish to install a 64-bit system in due time. No rush in doing so though: do consider your options and see if it can be viable to upgrade.
