I have such a problem because I bought the game on the platform gog game works great but gog galaxy can't connect to the internet someone will help me

You'll need to be more specific. What OS? Any AV/Firewall that could get in the way? Any error messages?

And what's a "gf platform"? Do you see the game in your account (https://www.gog.com/account)? If you bought the game elsewhere it might be you've fallen victim to fraud and your ownership of the game was revoked. In this case Galaxy shows "not connected" for the game, since it's not in your account any more.
