1. The game is not in the second class citizens list. That list details missing features that are present in other stores.

2. I found the following review from a verified owner (to find it, specify language as 'other') 3. That review was written the day GOG's version was updated to 1.2., which is the version in which Spanish was introduced on steam.

So I'm inclined to say Spanish is available. I don't have the game, so I can't be certain though.

It depends on whether GOG has been granted necessary rights to distribute it in Spanish and Russian. Both are missing on this platform.

I would suggest you go ask on Steam or Dear Villager's official Discord channel to receive an official answer to your question.
