Is there other better way to report agressive people's posts other than contecting support with a ticket?

Any actual rule breaking posts can be reported to one of the CMs(community moderators, which include users like PainOfSalvation), and moderators(like Ponczo).

(Others mods and CMs are listed in the sticky threads in general discussion, and other places on the forums and site)

Sidenote: Tickets now need to be confirmed once you send any....by going to your email account and replying back(with a yes or similar) to the email they send which asks if you want to continue with the ticket or not.

Please note: You should only contact staff for actual rule breaking posts, as their time is limited.

yup i did as the post broke at least 2 rules , if they dont have the staff maybe rewrite the rules then

Note: most of the rules seem to be written vaguely so as to give the mods more leeway to moderate.

That said, the staff have to delegate their time wisely as their numbers are limited....they will usually only moderate the actual rule breaking posts.

(slightly critical posts in general, for example, aren't usually rule breaking)

This is (in part) why we have a hide post button: so users can ignore posts that aren't rule breaking yet slightly rude/disagreeable/etc.Yes, when you make a ticket it asks for your email. Once you send the ticket, after like an hour or so you get an email asking if you want to continue with the ticket. You then need to reply and say you do want to continue with the ticket in most cases.

btw why my question is low rated?

I think they send 2 emails per ticket...one to confirm they got the ticket and another to ask for confirmation. If I ever find one of my own emails i'll post the text in question to show what I mean.
(Busy making dinner right now....will check later though) Probably because of your controversial way of posting in several threads in the past....some of your own past posts have come off as trollish themselves(even if you might not mean for them to).
(of course anyone's past posting aside, I think only actual bad posts should be low rated and disagree with that post being low rated)
