Now we're nearing the end of this very peculiar year, have you any specific hopes, wishes, or resolutions for 2021?

hope the USA won't go into civil war and the stupid lockdowns end , imho that should be enough :P

I just hope it won't be even worse than 2020, both on a personal level for me and more generally regarding world affairs. Hopefully no new wars, and that things will become a bit more normal once the Corona vaccines are coming out.

Hopes? That it'll be somewhat less bad than 2020 and, in the "dream on" category, that it'll mark humanity changing path and getting on a right one for once.

Fears, and in fact firm expectations? That it will be worse. Probably in different ways, maybe even in ways we can't even imagine yet, but it will be, at a minimum marking more firm steps on this path of ever increasing difference between the good humanity is capable of and what we actually do, between the few who get all those benefits of development and all the rest who pay its price, and towards a big picture disaster eventually.

I hope I'll survive.
Maybe with a life less demoralizing than the current one, 2020 hit HARD.
