I originally thought hmm thats odd (ended up here to figure it out). But the more i think about it the more I kinda believe in it. It means they have to be people you know and know are "safe" - I'm explaining myself really badly but adding someone you've spent time with on the forums somehow seems to feel as though it's reducing the likelihood of adding an idiot?
