I got the Witcher 3 on GOG for free when i bought my graphics card GTX 960 3 years ago. i played and beat the game. i recently bought the Witcher 3 Game of the year edition on Steam. is there a way to transfer over my previous achivements?

I want my PS Gamerscore transferred to my XBOX!!?!one

In short - you can't.. only way it MAY be possible is if the achievements are in-game... but Galaxy and Steam are not cross compatible that way
