Styyx_XD: I made a ticket asking for a refund of Cyberpunk 2077 on GOG on December 19th at 6am.
I replied to the E-mail that came asking for a confirmation on December 21st. Since then the ticket is marked as "open" and not "pending"

And since then, silence.

That's literally 3 weeks of pure silence.
Also the E-mail came in english even tho everything on the ticket site and the ticket itself is in Polish.

I didn't touch the game for like 10 days now and I feel like I just threw money away becouse noone is getting back to me about my refund.

How long does it take for the GOG team to get back to players about a refund?
As Melvinica posted above, there is a sticky explaining the delays in response from our support team.
