I applied for a refund of CP2077 3 days ago (I actually liked the game, my PC just isn't powerful enough to run it properly) and a day later I got an email if it's ok if the funds get transferred to my GOG Wallet. I replied back with:
"Hey! I would rather have the funds refunded back to my PayPal/debit card, if that is possible."

~2 and a half days later, no reply. Is it supposed to take this long, or did I do something wrong?

You may need to reply to the automated response you received when you first requested a ticket in order to "activate" it. (using your e-mail program / GMail, etc), confirming that you want a refund (and keep the ticket / order number in the subject). Read this post from someone in a similar situation yesterday:-

Hm, I did reply to the email as it said, and my ticket says that it is "Open", so maybe I just need to wait more?

Yeah you won't get a fast response at the moment, especially at weekends. They were already a little slow due to some support staff remote working vs COVID even before Cyberpunk came out. Hopefully you should get it sorted soon.
