Hi.

I just came from steam, and I found a solution for those who have Battletech hanging, and not being able to save.

You have to uninstall GOG Galaxy. I don't know why but Galaxy is causing some issue, and once you do uninstall it the game works without a problem.

I think GOG had better get a handle on this. It seems that GOG's Galaxy frontend needs some more work.

Anyway, I am a hugh fan of GOG, and I promote GOG games on my YT channel so I hate seeing GOG have these issues.

Probably some issues with cloud save syncing. It's lucky you don't actually need the client in order to play the game isn't it?

just untick "run as admin...."

No need to untick admin since it wasn't even ticked. I tried everything, then the only thing I could come up with is try uninstalling GOG galaxy which fixed all of the problems.

This is the first time I ever come across this issue but heck, I can play it.
