For Steam, there were some unofficial tools, designed to make you reset your tracked data, such as time played, reset achievements, etc. Now that GOG profiles is a thing, is there any legit, semi-legit or otherwise method, to do just that?

I'd start by digging inside the Galaxy files... Or just contact the support team and ask them to do it for you.
