I've noticed a few nice deals there. I'm a bit surprised there isn't a Fall Sale going on at GOG yet. They're usually ahead of the other big store.

CMOT70: I noticed that Saints Row IV has an AU$ price and is listed as DRM Free (as well as Steam key), would that just mean a GOG key in cases like that where there is a GOG version? Or is just a direct download from Humble?

I'm curious about it because there is no Australian GOG version, so I'm wondering if this is a way for me to just get the one that the rest of the world is allowed to have instead of the Australianized cleaner version.
It would just be a direct download from Humble. Do be careful as some of their DRM free builds don't get updated.
You would get more updates/later version/extras etc. from GOG, and better support. So if it was me, I would wait tilll the GOG autumn sale (should be reasonably soon) and get the GOG version.

Humble used to have a couple of DRM free games not found elsewhere (Bioshock for instance and the Fighting Fantasy games), so except those I would get GOG over Humble any day of the week. Humble have now gone full Steam only (in fact why they bother existing is beyond me, just another steam key reseller).

Yes, but GOG doesn't sell the game in Australia at all. Steam does but it's censored. I'm guessing the Humble DRM Free version is probably not the censored Australian version. It may also turn out to be like this: "here's your Steam Key, sorry the DRM Free download is not available in your region". It's only A$3.70, so not much to lose. I'll just wait and see once all sites have their sales up.

Most games come with a Steam key (and/or a redemption code for one of the competing platforms); however, any with the "DRM-free" icon should come with a direct humble download (often a .zip file containing the game folder, sometimes a proper installer).
Here are all the direct-download-able titles that are discounted at the moment.

Grargar: Games with GOG keys on Humble Store (very few) use a different "GOG.com" icon. In all other cases, it's a direct download that likely contains the GOG files.
At least there's now a separate filter for titles with GOG redemption; IIRC, until recently, their "DRM-free" filter used to just lump the GOG games in with the Humble-hosted DRM-free titles. The two icons were (and still are) even similar enough to mistake for one another without careful inspection!

BlackMageJ: Direct Humble download.I don't think Humble does GOG keys except for in one or two bundles years ago. Officially, nowhere gives GOG keys except GOG, there have only been a handful of exceptions.
Humble store actually has a GOG filter. Not much there though: various Witcher games, Everspace, War for the Overworld, Cyberpunk pre-order.

Not at all; there are tons of DRM-free games on Humble. Just limiting to on-sale Mac DRM-free games, I'm getting several dozen pages. A lot of stuff I've never heard of, but I recognize a bunch of games that are otherwise only on Steam, like the Mac/Linux versions of the Metro Redux games. Quite tempting, aside from reports of DRM-free versions there not getting updates.

Actually hang on, it seems some of those DRM-free games are actually the Steam version, and they happen to be those DRM-free Steam games such as found on this list. And not a direct download. Hmm.
