I paid for Divinity: original sin 2 on gog, but after entering credit card info and pressing purchase button, it did not redirected me to purchase successful screen and did not sent me an email for it but it charged me anyway. I pressed the button again just in case it's just a simple lag but it did not worked while charging me again. I opened a support ticket and I am currently waiting for 13 hours.
Advice or help from anyone who had simmilar experience would be nice :)

Unfortunately it's the weekend so you may have to wait a while, but I'm confident this will all get sorted out. GOG is reputable.
