First of all, sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, I couldn't find anywhere else.

1 month ago I bought a game for about 11€ (1000 RUB). I bought it in RUB because it wasn't available in euros. I had to ask for a refund because, sadly, my pc wasn't strong enough to run the game, and after sending some mails they said they did the refund. But I can't find it anywhere in my bank account nor credit card I paid with. I'm writing this to know if this has happened to any of you before, if maybe it is an issue as I paid with a foreign currency... or maybe im just being scammed? (Nah I guess not but...) I asked them to confirm they did the refund and they keep telling me they made it.
Anyone who could help me? Thanks!

Send a private message to ponczo_ with your ticket number. He (she?) is part of the GOG support team and has been looking into refund requests that have gotten "stuck" in the system. Make sure that in your Privacy settings you have "Allow Chat Messages" set to "Everyone" so ponczo_ can reply back.
