Im having a controls issue with the newly released Elder Scrolls Battlespire game where no matter what control scheme I select the character will sometimes move diagonally when moving forward or back.

No matter what I click on in the support menu, it seems impossible to contact an actual person. I click 'Contact Us', select 'Technical issue', pick Battlespire out of my list, click 'Can't find the solution to my problem' and it just sends me back to the games list with no contact form. How on earth do I actually ask a question?

It seems that there isn't a support page for Battlespire as of yet. You might want to go here, select "other" as the problem type, explain to support that there is no support page for Battlespire's Technical Issues and while you're at it, you might as well explain your issue with the game.

I appreciate your reply, but all that does is take me back to the main screen that I keep looping into as described above. Where is the actual contact form?

I went to your link, selected technical issue with games, selected my game, theres no way to contact support.

Ha. You're right. It's a circular mess.

What an excellent way to annoy a customer that's already having a problem.
