So I purchased a few games last friday, but after the payment went through, my browser had an issue and now the games haven't been added to my account. Money is withdrawn from my account though.

I made a support request but, apart from a confirmation mail, haven't heard anything yet from GOG support.

It says that it's busy at the support department, but I can't find any indication of what kind of response time I can expect. Are we talking days, weeks ???

I have bought a lot of stuff through GOG and really like it, but this is my first support request and a bit of a bummer so far.

Can anyone here shed some light on what I can expect?

Yeah, I was kinda afraid of that.

As long as it gets resolved in the end and I get my games (or my money back) I'm fine with that but the lack of response from GOG itself is annoying.

Oh, and another sneaky thing they've done lately is requiring you to reply to their automated confirmation... otherwise your ticket is just marked solved and will be closed & won't be solved for real. I don't know if they do that to every ticket or not but it's evidently confused a bunch of people recently.

EDIT: says up to 4 weeks in this message I got..

Hopefully my next purchase for Cyberpunk 2077 won't go bad as I really want to play that game at launch.

Slow responses, combined with fewer support employees right now, combine with backlog of tickets... It's just how i am seeing it.

I really do hope you get it resolved, and soon.

A biased ban able offence...Instant response time.
Your request used to be handled pretty quick but now they seem to ponder on and only respond in a thread with an apology that has become their speciality of late. The odd problem has been solved but a lot still linger and I think some user's have walked away disgusted.Good luck.

Update: The games have been added to my account by the excellent Firek of GOG support.

I'm all happy now and downloading the games to play.
