Shame, I like the art style. Never heard of it before. Dev should have done a going-away sale. Or, you know, don't go away.

Too bad. I was curious about the game. But I never remember seeing it on a discount sale.

Didn´t this game just arrive not long ago? What´s with all this delistings of new games? I hadn´t even the chance to check it out and make up my mind to buy it. That´s really sad.

We have an important announcement.

Recently we have signed a deal with a new publisher, which means a lot of exciting things for Inked.

For the PC version, this essentially means we will rerelease the game, but as a hugely improved version of the Inked you now know.

Based on all the community feedback, reviews, and our own greater experience, we will strive to give you a better game in every possible way, from vastly improved gameplay to the visuals.

However our cooperation with a new publisher doesn't stop there, and it will allow us to bring Inked to more platforms as well, bringing it to a wider audience and allowing everyone new and exciting ways to experience the game.

Because of all these changes and new things coming, to ensure everyone the best possible experience, we will temporarily make the purchase of Inked on Steam unavailable until the time of rerelease comes.

Thanks for the info! So chances are good that it might come back. GOG should definitely work on its communication :)

Or, the dev could have posted this here too. It's not Steam who made the announcement.

But it's true that GOG needs to improve their communication in general.

These flew under my radar.

I have it on my wishlist, looks cute but I have a too large of a backlog to warrant a full price buy. I hope it does come back.

Ops, i have it on my wishlist too, hope SLP2000 back the game soon. Good read that have a new publisher.

As someone who bought this on day one... meh. There's a reason reviews are middling.

If the dev is serious about improving the game, and brings said improvements to GOG, I may consider replaying it. Otherwise I consider it too frustrating to bother with.

It's available again over at the other place (for a while already it looks like), the new publisher is Pixmain.
