I don't know if I have just missed some GOG Connect opportunities, or if GOG just doesn't bother with it anymore, but I can't remember the last time I saw games available in GOG Connect.
Yeah, it's been awhile since anything has come up, hasn't it?

yep, this thread is right on schedule. ;D
Though not declared so, I think it is just that, dead. Maybe there will be a last batch when they post the official epitah.

monday has already been and gone!
It's hibernating now from one Winter to another.
It'd be more of a thing if they had this guy as a PR representative. He'd only need to change one word :)

OH GOOD!
More nightmare fuel!

I like the guy who commented "The microphone wasn't even on..."

Folks have suggested it's in a coma in favor of Galaxy 2, since G2 can let you keep track of Steam games from there.

That's not quite the same as GOG giving you games you own on Steam though.

I know but maybe GOG felt like the monetary returns via Connect weren't worth it (as this is all marketing - giving people free games to help them get invested in GOG).
I think GOG connect hurt more than it helped. People (including me) were getting the impression that it's not worth to buy indies and small publisher games on GOG, but can instead buy on steam or even in Humble Bundles and wait for the games to get connected. Now with connect mostly gone, I focus all my purchases here.

M3troid: December 2018.
Ouch.
But we got some freebies which is dandy eh? Plus, that ol' backlog keeps peeping me out every single day heh
I am always looking forward to see if Gog Connect is available when the discounts come with a title theme. It has been a while since this happened. I would not like to find out that this feature has been shut down like they did the fair prices. This is one of those unique features that make Gog great.
